Executive Chef/Owner Simon Lin bringing over 35 years of asian flavors to his new restaurant: Asian Bistro at 410 Milwaukee Avenue in the heart of Lincolnshire. Chef Lin brings all of his years of experience in Chinese cooking, fusing Japanese and Thai flavors, creating a truly unique dining experience. .Asian Bistro includes a full service bar with complete wine and Saki lists. The menu include appetizers, salads, soups made to order, sushi, fresh seafood, steaks, poultry, vegetarian dishes, and desserts, all with an Asian flair.
Chef Lin also owns and operats Little Szechwan in Highland Park, for over 20 years. Little Szechwan, the family-operated restaurant has been voted best Chinese food on the North Shore for many years.
